For over twenty years, Eden has been providing residential and day programs for adult men with autism. In our day center programs and four residences, they interact with trained professionals and volunteers who counsel, guide, and relate to each and every one of them in a warm and caring environment. Our team of staff therapists provides ongoing mental, physical, and emotional support for our participants. They also assist parents and family members through organized group meetings and regular personal contact.

 

Each participant benefits from a personalized educational and work plan tailored to his specific needs and interests. Some of the men qualify for our work placement program, which provides them with daily employment in venues such as the Hadassah Medical Center and Coffix as well as at local businesses and farms.

Some are engaged in woodworking and ceramics projects that they then sell at local street fairs and others take part in group volunteer activities, helping out at Latet, which provides food for the needy, and help with landscaping in nearby communities.
